In 1976, George D. Patte, Jr. commenced the practice of law in Ithaca, New York. He was a founding partner in the firm of Greenburg and Patte (1982-1990) and its successor firm, the Patte Law Firm, with the main office in Ithaca and a branch office in Spencer, New York. The firm employs two experienced paralegals.

Mr. Patte regularly appears in state and federal trial and appellate courts in central New York. He is a member of the Tompkins County and Broome County Bar Associations, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
